Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

Start / 24h clock

• Work begins and the 24h timer starts only after I have all required materials (logo, final text, images) and your go‑ahead.
• Timezone reference: Europe/Paris.

Deliverables

• A static 4‑page site: Home, About, Services, Contact.
• Delivered as zipped files + optional hosting.
• No CMS, blog, e‑commerce, bookings, or server‑side features included.

Revisions & modifications

• 1 content revision included (text/image swaps, within 7 days of delivery).
• After this: 50€ per modification request (defined as a batch of text/image swaps on existing pages).
• No layout/structural/style changes or new pages/features under this. Those require a new quote.

Out of scope

• Extra pages/features
• Copywriting
• Logo/asset creation
• Paid third‑party integrations
• Multi‑language
• Custom animations
• CMS, e‑commerce, bookings

Forms & integrations

• Static site = forms require a third‑party service (e.g., Formspree).
• Any paid plans/keys for third‑party services are the client’s responsibility.

Hosting: Free live link

• Your site can be hosted under webminotaur.com/your-website at no extra cost.
• Purpose: convenience + lead generation.
• SEO attribution goes to my domain (not yours).
• No custom domain/email.
• Hosting may be suspended/removed for abuse, illegal content, excessive load, or non‑compliance (reasonable notice when practical).

Hosting: Standalone domain (optional)

• 5€/month (billed monthly) + domain at actual cost (billed annually).
• I handle DNS setup + SSL.
• Static hosting only (no backend/server‑side features).
• You always get your zipped files and can move elsewhere anytime.
• Cancellation: stop anytime before the next billing cycle. Domain remains yours if registered in your name.
• Hosting paused if payment isn’t completed.

Client responsibilities

• You confirm you own or have rights to all content.
• You confirm your content complies with law (copyright, trademarks, GDPR, privacy, etc.).

Payment & handoff

• Price is flat 200€.
• Zipped files are delivered upon payment.
• Hosting (if selected) is courtesy, billed separately, and may be paused if unpaid.

Acceptance & closure

• Delivery of the zip (if requested) live hosting counts as completion.
• If no revision is requested within 7 days, the project is closed.

Liability

• No guarantees on search ranking, conversions, or uptime.
• Indirect or consequential losses excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Portfolio use

• I may display screenshots and link to your site in my portfolio unless you object in writing.
